  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 10 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock.
